We are delighted to own a group of high-quality barn conversions at Manor Farm, next door to the historic church at the heart of the charming and well-located village of Powick in Worcestershire.
The first three properties have been created by converting the old hop kiln and are filled with character whilst featuring the latest in modern fittings and furnishings. The other new Manor Farm homes are all arranged around a landscaped courtyard.

Manor Farm is located next to the historic Powick parish church and just a short walk to the centre of the village. The new Worcestershire Parkway train station is 15 minutes by car with frequent connections to London, Birmingham, Oxford and beyond. Our next project is to transform a delightful derelict old labourer cottage situated in secluded woodland and the renovation of a small four-bed brick farmhouse. We look forward to these projects getting underway and restoring them to become homes once again.
